Job Duties

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
  • Answer phone calls and emails and texts promptly, addressing inquiries or directing to the right team members
  • Support patient check-in and check-out processes, handling payments and patient documentation
  • Assist patients with product selection
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the office and storage spaces
  • Collaborate with clinical and medspa teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Support administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
