Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Answer phone calls and emails and texts promptly, addressing inquiries or directing to the right team members
- Support patient check-in and check-out processes, handling payments and patient documentation
- Assist patients with product selection
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the office and storage spaces
- Collaborate with clinical and medspa teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support administrative tasks and other duties as needed

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
