Take a photo of every angle.
Take a photo of the top and bottom of your hands on a surface (see examples below). Ensure your photos are well-lit against a solid background.

No selfies, please.
Please have another person take your photos or use a self-timer on a flat surface.
For a tummy tuck, make sure your underwear is below your hips.
For breast procedures, please take your photos without a shirt or bra.

Securely submit your photos.
Drop your photos in your secure folder with the unique link your Patient Care Coordinator sent you. Please take and submit your photos as soon as possible so your surgical team has time to review and prepare for your consultation.
Photos must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to your consultation.
