


Dr. Fredman is board-certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery and holds an active medical license in Missouri. Throughout his career, he has remained actively involved in the plastic surgery community, including participation in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and advanced aesthetic training programs.
He was also one of the first surgeons in the United States to master and offer Presevé breast augmentation. Today, Dr. Fredman trains and certifies plastic surgeons around the country in this innovative and specialized procedure.

Dr. Tom’s training spans a wide range of surgical disciplines, including general surgery, critical care, and plastic surgery. This breadth of experience allows him to approach each procedure with a deep understanding of both aesthetics and overall patient health.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, reflecting his strong clinical foundation and commitment to excellence in patient care.
